Joyce C. Jeffrey - Broker/REALTOR®

Broker & Owner

Joyce is Broker and owner of Summit Executive Realty® and has been actively managing rental properties in the Bossier and Shreveport areas since 1994.

In addition to assisting in the property management business, Joyce actively lists and sells residential real estate, works with first time homebuyers, investors, new construction homes, short sales, and foreclosures. Since beginning her real estate career, she has been a top producing REALTOR® in the Shreveport-Bossier area. She is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University, Burk Baker & Adams Schools of Real Estate.

In her free time, she enjoys volunteering in her church and community, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring technology.

Whitney Jeffrey

Whitney Jeffrey is a REALTOR®, Associate Broker, and Property Manager at Summit Executive Realty® - Jeffrey & Associates, LLC in Bossier City, Louisiana. She is also the owner of WLJ Unlimited Enterprises, LLC. In her current roles, Whitney is passionate about providing each of her clients stellar services whether they are buying a home, selling a home, renting, or in need of property management services.

Having grown up in the REALTOR® family, Whitney enjoys serving the REALTOR ® community through volunteering with the Young Professionals Network (YPN), housing and diversity initiatives, and supporting the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) events. She also serves the community through working with area non-profits to provide suitable housing choices for their clients.

Whitney is a graduate of Louisiana State University-Shreveport, Bossier Parish Community College, and Adams Real Estate School. Her future goals are to grow a rental investment portfolio as well as continuing to grow Summit Executive Realty’s rental portfolio.

Being a part of professional and service organizations is important to Whitney. As such, she enjoys being a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha (AKA) Sorority, Northwest Louisiana Assn of REALTORS®, Louisiana REALTORS®, and the National Assn. of REALTORS®. Through her affiliation with Summit Executive Realty®, she is a member of the Better Business Bureau, Shreveport Chamber of Commerce, and the Bossier Chamber of Commerce. She has been a member of Bellaire Baptist Church in Bossier City, Louisiana since childhood.

Whitney currently holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) designations.

Outside of work, Whitney enjoys traveling and vacationing with family and friends, bowling, great restaurants, shopping, and checking in often with her clients!
